BattleBytes respects the intellectual property rights of others. This policy addresses copyright infringement claims under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
How the Site handles third-party media
We do not host third-party video. Videos and social posts appear as click-to-load placeholders that, when clicked, load the original from YouTube, X or Telegram; removing the original on that service removes it from the Site as well. Where we show a still image, map or dataset made by someone else, we credit it and use it under its license or as permitted by law. Credits are listed on our Attributions page.

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (the URL)
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
